While Green Your Hotel does it’s best to ensure only the highest quality products are offered, there may be some instances when you are not satisfied with your purchase. While our policy is ‘goods are not sold on a “Sale or Return” basis, we value our Customer satisfaction. As such, if you are in any way unhappy with the product you have purchased, you have the right to send it back to the supplier for a full refund. Please notify us within 14 day of receiving our order by e-mail (info@greenyourhotel.co.za) to arrange a collection or to receive the correct return address.

If an item is defective or damaged on delivery, the supplier the original delivery cost (if any) will be refunded. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, and must be returned with the original carton, packaging and receipt. Used goods, unless defective, cannot be returned. Orders that are alive (such as worms for worm farms) cannot be returned, but if delivered dead will be replaced by the supplier. In the event of a composter being returned, it must be unused and in saleable condition. Unless specified, all return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Satisfaction

We value customer satisfaction. All products that are advertised have been pre-approved and endorsed by Green Your Hotel. Supplier warranties are specified and will be honoured. Customers are invited to provide feedback on their product purchased, quality of service and delivery. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

What Happens If Your Order Does Not Arrive?

Please allow 10 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please notify us by e-mail:info@greenyourhotel.co.za. We will then track your order with the supplier. Upon notification from the supplier of non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced or a credit applied, or a refund check issued at your option.

Mail Order Damaged Merchandise

If goods were damaged during posting or couriering, contact the carrier or postal service who was responsible for your delivery, for example, SA Post office/ Speed Services. Make whoever delivered the goods to returns the item directly back to the supplier via the return address with the original packaging and documentation. Please do not return the merchandise yourself. Please notify Green Your Hotel, listing tracking information, by e-mail at info@greenyourhotel.co.za.
